One of the phase states of substance-transmitter has regulated structure. As a result, phase state of substance-transmitter changes. Reception of signal is indicated by variation of physical parameters characterizing the state of phase in substance-receiver which is identical with that of substance-transmitter. Oscillation frequencies of atoms in crystal lattice of substance-receiver or substance-receiver reflection factor is used as recorded physical parameters characterizing the phase state of substance-receiver.
