FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, macaroni and food-concentrates branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: forming unit has housing and at least one forming bushing in die with channels. Width of channels is decreasing from inlet to outlet opening. One wall of each channel is positioned for reciprocation. Movable wall of each channel has member with trapezium-shaped multistart thread and thrust nut provided with similar thread and divided scale. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and increased efficiency. 2 dwg
