FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: extruder has housing, auger mounted inside housing and formed integral with tip, and die with forming bushing. Tip is formed as cone joined to cylinder. Tip has grooves cut axially of auger. Channel between tip and housing in the vicinity of conical part of tip has height equal to that of auger channel, which is decreasing in cylindrical part of tip. Die forming bushings are arranged in one row, and their axes are extending perpendicular to auger shaft axis, with angle between any adjacent forming bushing axes being uniform. Forming bushing opening generatrix has at least one common point with die internal end surface. Die has opening whose axis is aligned with that of auger. Forming bushings are made such that they may be screwed into die body. Extruder of such construction prevents burnt product from getting into die forming bushing. EFFECT: improved uniform quality of end product by providing similar operating conditions for forming bushings. 2 cl, 3 dwg
