FIELD: dermatology. SUBSTANCE: affection focus on patient's skin is subjected to two parallel run examinations, namely: thermovision examination and radiothermometric one. In case of temperature rise of above 0.5 C both in infrared range and in super-high-frequency range, dermatologist prescribes to patient complex medicamentous, non-medicamentous and active external therapy, if temperature rise is observed in single range, treatment is conducted without external therapy, while in absence of temperature rise in both ranges no treatment is prescribed . EFFECT: greater accuracy of selecting treatment course to be prescribed; shorter treatment duration.
