FIELD: medicine; dermatology. SUBSTANCE: sample of dry blood serum is analyzed on infrared spectrophotometer, and if value of parameter K is less than 2.0, the first clinical-rehabilitation group is determined. If value of parameter K is from 2.0 to 2.3, the second clinical-rehabilitation group is determined. The third clinical-rehabilitation group is determined, if value of parameter K exceeds or equal to 2.4. Parameter K is calculated from formula: 
, where H1170/H1165 and H1165/H1070 are correlation of heights of corresponding bands of infrared spectra with maxima at 1170, 1165 and 1070 cm-1.
