FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing damaged zones to ultraviolet radiation having 320-400 nm wavelength beginning from a dose of 0.05-0.3 J/cm2 and increasing it to maximum value of 2.0-3.5 J/cm2. Single doses grow every 3-6 sessions with 0.07-0.02 J/cm2 increments. The first 15 sessions are carried out every second day, the rest of the sessions are carried out twice a week. Total course is 35-100 sessions long. Ammifurin photosensibilizer is applied as 0.3-% alcohol solution to the damaged zones. Ammifurin tablets are optionally administered in addition 2 h before radiation exposure. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; lower drug consumption. 3 cl
