Then glycerol solution is put under a cover glass to study with luminescent microscope, relative number of CD25⁺-cells is determined per 500 keratinocytes and at its value being above 27.9% the severe degree of psoriasis flow is established, at its value being below 27.9% the light degree of psoriasis flow is concluded on.
