FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery. SUBSTANCE: patient is first subjected to surgical operation to eliminate main focus of peritonitis, followed by sanation pf peritoneal cavity with antiseptics. Next nipple-type rubber or polyvinyl chloride microirrigator provided with plurality of openings is laid through upper corner of laparotomic wound between omentum and peritoneum parietale length-wise of wound. Microirrigator thus laid is used for continuously administering drop-wise into peritoneal cavity mixture comprising polyglucine, heparin, novocaine, canamycin, contrical, canamycin-to-heparin ratio being 6.5 : 1. Mixture is administered at rate 8-10 drops per min. for 1.5-3 days.
