FIELD: medicine; veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: medicinal admixture is administered into an abdominal cavity to an operative measure and after for the second and third days in a dose by of 2 ml/kg. The medicinal admixture contains: Novocainum of 0.5 % - 100.0 ml, Trypsinum 0.01 g, sodium cefotaxime 1.0 g and ronkoleukine 0.1 mg - 100000 UN (1000 UN/KG).
EFFECT: method allows slowing down adhesion process; to lower their strength characteristics; to prevent intoxication; meteorism and an intestine paresis; to normalise contractile function of gastroenteric tract; to prevent development of phlegmons; retroperitoneal abscesses; peritonitises and solderings and to lower a pain reaction.
