FIELD: medicine; plastic surgery. SUBSTANCE: proposed method resides in tailoring out and moving cutaneous-subcutaneous grafts. Inventive novelty of method resides in tailoring out two flap-like skin grafts on side surfaces of patient's neck, followed by lifting vertical delta-shaped graft out of cicatricial tissues between apices of flap-like grafts. Skin grafts thus-tailored out are mobilized. Vertical graft apex is recised, and wound formed on its place is sutured by drawing its edges nearer to each other. Finally, flap-like side skin grafts are sutured together, and vertical grafts is sutured on top their joint. EFFECT: prevention of necrosis of cicatricial grafts; elimination of cicatrices from neck portion exposed to looks from outside; better cosmetic results; reduced risk of neck's increased cross-section due to cicatrices.
