FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing skin island from remaining axillary pit skin. Cuspidated flaps are cut out with their apices turned towards the vault. Cicatrices are transected between the cuspidated flaps and skin island. Cicatricial flaps are produced. The cuspidated flaps are mobilized and sutured to the lateral sides of the skin island. The cicatricial flaps are shifted in proximal and distal direction. The cicatricial flaps are sutured to the inferior and superior sides of the skin island, lateral side of cuspidated flaps and sutured to each other. EFFECT: restored humeral articulation function; retained skin areas covered with hairs. 2 dwg
