FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves drawing an islet that is a little changed by making bordering incision on the anterior neck surface. Two folding flaps are cut out from the lateral neck surfaces. The vertical folding flaps are formed from the remaining portion of lateral folding flaps between the apexes and lateral sides of each cicatrix tissues islet after carrying out their transection. After mobilizing all the flaps and correcting contracture, lateral folding flaps apexes are sutured to lateral edges of the skin islet forming an islet from local tissues, which upper edge is formed by cervicomandibular angle. The vertical flaps are displaced in proximal direction into submandibular region and in distal direction towards clavicles. Wound defects are covered with free skin grafts.
