FIELD: production of abrasive tools based on production of abrasive mix of materials with different hardness and brittleness characteristics. SUBSTANCE: use is made of a non-metallic mould block with a rough surface, whose dimensions of roughness are commensurable with the dimensions of diamond grains. Prior to filling-up of the mould block, a holder with seats for diamond grains, precoated with a metal film, and/or filler particles is placed in its central part. The mould block is filled with a mix of diamond grains and filler particles, after that it is filled with a fused metal binder. Particles with a hardness lower than that of diamond grains and brittleness higher than that of diamond grains are used as a filler. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 6 cl, 3 dwg
