FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing by abrasive and can be used for production of cross-linked diamond tool for processing solid materials. Tool contains aggregated single-point diamonds in which diamond particles are connected by the first metal binder and aggregated grains with fillers, in which filler particles are connected by the third metallic binder. These aggregated single-point diamonds are evenly distributed in the second metal binder. Hardness of the first metal binder is higher than hardness of the second and third metal binders, and hardness of the third one is below hardness of the second metal binder. Formation of raw aggregated single-point diamonds containing diamond particles and the first metal binder is carried out, and also formation of raw aggregated single-points with fillers, containing fillers and the third metal binder. Formation of tool is carried out from mixture of aggregated single-points and the second binder, with simultaneous pressing and sintering of the first, second and third metal binders.

EFFECT: as a result, performance characteristics of the tool are increased and labour intensity of its manufacture is reduced.
