FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves laying reinforcing fabric with equally spaced linear members attached to it on form bottom, with vacuum shield being provided with filtering fabric layer used as form bottom; laying curable protective and finishing mixture and hydraulic insulating layer; fixing hydraulic insulating layer along vacuum shield perimeter; creating vacuum and laying carrier layer of concrete mixture with subsequent compacting this layer; switching off vacuum supply. Prior to laying carrier concrete mixture layer, continuous heat-insulating material is placed to impart heat-insulating properties. While laying protective and finishing material and heat-insulating material, corrugations are made on surfaces of these materials to increase shearing strength. Surface of protective and finishing layer is covered by non-woven synthetic material. Hydraulic insulating layer may be made multilayer. Ends of linear anchoring members are bent towards reinforcing fabric surface along smooth curved line.
