FIELD: industrial organic syntheses and waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: as deactivating agents, synthetic C₁₀- C₂₀-fatty acids, saturated and unsaturated C₁₂- C₂₂-fatty acids, and C₂₀-resin acids are used in 0.5:1 to 2:1 proportion to waste, and deactivation is carried out at 85-125 C with simultaneously stripping solvent. Organic acid-waste interaction product, if need be, is (i) posthydrolyzed by aqueous alkali and used as anti-agglomeration agent and/or its component in production of solvent rubbers in the stage of isolation thereof by water degassing technique, or (ii) treated by heated hydrochloric acid solution, whereas reduced fatty and resin acids are returned into waste processing stage.
