FIELD: chemistry of organophosphorus compounds. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes methods of preparing di-(b-chloroethyl) vinyl phosphonate (vinyphos) by dehydrochlorination of di-(b- chloroethyl)-b-chloroethyl phosphonate (isomerizate) in the presence of nucleophilic reagent during heating operation. The nucleophilic reagent is anhydrous sodium carbonate in synthesis of vinyphos, at isomerizate to b ratio of 1:1.1-1.4. Dehydrochlorination reaction is carried out at 115-125 C for 5-7 hours. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 1 tbl
