SUBSTANCE: sheet is manufactured of isotropic electrotechnical steel which comprises, mas.%: carbon, less than 0.02; silicium, 1.0-3.5; manganese, less than 1.0; phosphorous, less than 0.1; sulfur, less than 0.01; nitrogen, less that 0.008; aluminium, less than 0.7; nickel, 0.05-1.0; copper, 0.02-0.5; tin and/or antimony, 0.02-0.2; ferrum, the balance. Four variants for choice of steel composition and six variants for choice of procedure for manufacturing of steel sheets are also proposed here.
