SUBSTANCE: method of steel treatment provides for production of steel slab of following composition, mass %: carbon - less than 1.5, manganese 15 - 35, aluminum 0.1 -6.0, iron - balance; and following hot rolling under rolling beginning temperature of 1100 - 1250 C and rolling finish temperature of 700 - 1000 C. In the case as a version method provides production of slab with share of one or more components taken from group, that has (in mas %) silicon - less than 0.6, copper - less than 5.0, niobium - less than 1.0, vanadium - less than 0.5, titanium - less than 0.5, chromium - less than 9.0, nickel - less than 4.0, nitrogen - less than 0.2. Also as a version - after hot rolling cold rolling and annealing under temperature of 500 - 1000 C are exercised with following holding from 5 seconds to 20 hours.
