FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: involute teeth of proposed gear train are thrown into engagement by identical curves located in plane of line of engagement. Engageable identical curves are different at each point of involute curve by tooth depth with no limitation in pressure angle of gear train which takes place due to different radii of arch curvature by tooth depth determined by definite relationship of parameters. Convex and concave sides of teeth are formed by two end tool heads at matched rotation of blank and tangential feed of tool. Contour of tool rack of tool head is so set that cutting radii in teeth roots and teeth points for convex and concave sides of wheel and gear teeth are different depending of definite relationships: by tooth spaces of convex side of gear wheel teeth identically with curvature of teeth of gear by teeth points and by points of concave side of gear wheel teeth and teeth spaces of gear.
