FIELD: analytic chemistry; spectral analysis. SUBSTANCE: optical spectrometer has at least one polarizer, optoacoustic filter and photoreceiver. Polarizer is installed in direction in which the first light beam spreads in front of one of inputs of optoacoustic filter, and photoreceiver is positioned at filter output. Use is made of auxiliary polarizer, and optoacoustic cell of filter is provided with auxiliary input for the second light beam. Optoacoustic cell has light and sound guide made of monocrystal and electrical acoustic transducer. Input edge for polarized light beam has chamber, and the other edge is adjacent to input edge. It is designed to receive the second light beam polarized in the same way as the first one. Input edge for the first light beam is made so that the second light beam can reflect from it and spread in direction in which group speed of sound wave spreads. Angle of incidence of the second light beam on input edge relative to normal to it equals angle of incidence of sound wave on input edge. Optical axis of monocrystal is oriented with respect to input edge so that polarization of the second light beam is preserved when the latter is reflected. EFFECT: high efficient of analysis. 22 cl, 10 dwg
