FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, biotechnology, immunochemistry. SUBSTANCE: immunodiagnosticum is an aqueous suspension of marker particles - inorganic catalyst (optimal size is 0.1-10 mcm) bound by sorption with one of specific immune reagent at ratio by mass marker to immune reagent at the range from 1000:1 to 100000:1 and stabilized with high-molecular polymers. Method of solid-phase analysis immune analysis involves: immobilization of ligand with matrix, immunological reaction carrying out between the immobilized ligand and immunodiagnosticum followed by detection of ligand complexes formed and immunodiagnosticum by the presence and amount of marker bound with matrix.
