FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a kit for multi-purpose antibody assay in blood preparations. The kit contains a substrate representing a crest plate each tooth surface of which is discretely coated with antigens of viral infection agents, and a positive reference in the form of human immunoglobulins; the negative reference that is one of a segment of the substrate tooth is free from specific proteins for describing the grounds; the substrate is additionally blocked by non-specific natural or synthetic polymers. The kit also comprises an assay container in the form of a multi-cell analytic bath with each substrate tooth introducible into a separate bath cell, solutions for washing, dissolution of the reference and conjugate, as well as the conjugate and display system.

EFFECT: invention provides the improved test system for diagnosing the infectious diseases, including for assessing the humoral immunity to the vaccine-controlled viral infections in children.
