FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sets for immunochemical analysis of antibodies and antigens in blood preparations and can be used in medical diagnostics. Disclosed is a kit for multiplex immunochemical analysis of antibodies and antigens in blood preparations, comprising a device in the form of a comb-like substrate with a set of reagents discretely deposited on the surface of substrate teeth of infectious disease markers and additionally blocked with nonspecific natural or synthetic polymers; an analysis container comprising several rows of isolated cells configured to insert each substrate wave into a separate cell of the bath; solutions for dilution of sample and washing; conjugate for detection; built-in positive control and negative control. Capture reagents contain antigens and antibodies to markers of one or more agents of infectious diseases; immobilized on each substrate wave; conjugate for detection contains a multicomponent composition containing several types of detector antibodies against human immunoglobulins and against detectable antigens associated with catalytically active gold sols; positive controls include assessment of operability of all specific conjugate components, are located on separate segments of immunochip and include an area for monitoring operability of anti-species detector antibodies, a region for monitoring specific detecting antibodies to each detectable antigen and a negative control region free from specific proteins; developer of the immunochip contains dry tableted and liquid components and is equipped with an amplifier and a color stabilizer of developed immunochips.
EFFECT: invention provides higher information value of multiplex analysis and diagnostics of early stages of infection ensured by simultaneous detection in samples of antibodies and antigens of interest.
