FIELD: medicine; psychiatry; diagnostics of boundary psychic disorders in teenagers with aberrant behavior. SUBSTANCE: teenager under study is subjected to diagnostic test comprising 22 pairs of words reflecting alternative qualities of human personality. Each quality of teenager's personality is evaluated using scale numbering from 0 to 3 points. Both teenager's self-evaluation and psychiatrist's evaluation are recorded in terms of points, followed by calculating self-evaluation adequacy using formula , wherein ∑(d) is sum total of difference (expressed in points) between teenager's self-evaluation and psychiatrist's evaluation over entire range of alternative qualities of personality. If index thus-calculated is below 0.62, psychopathy case is diagnosed. EFFECT: greater accuracy of diagnosis. 3 tbl
