SUBSTANCE: for the purpose to detect psychophysiological cause of deviant behavior and its prophylaxis one should obtain the test-based data on life motivation and the level of viability components to be evaluated in points and introduced into individual clinical record-characteristics and at viability level being above 68 points in combination with dysthymic or anxiety-fear accentuation and poorly life motivation it is possible to conclude upon high suicidal risk. At viability level being equal to 31-68 points in combination with demonstrative accentuation and narcissism-based life motivation one should conclude upon not high risk, at low suicidal risk the level of viability doesn't exceed 30 points being combined with insufficiently pronounced accentuations and highly developed life motivation. Furthermore, for every teenager one should elaborate the model for the development and correction of viability, accentuations and life motivation. It is necessary to carry out weekly trainings, seminars and discussions on every viability component in combination with doing physical exercises. Then, again with the help of tests, it is necessary to obtain information upon life motivation and the level of viability components. The innovation enables to detect predisposition to suicidal behavior in teenagers at earlier stage and carry out prophylaxis of such behavior successfully.
