FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: vitreous cavity is filled with liquid perfluorocarbon followed by retinotomy to conduct aspiration of subretinal liquid with simultaneous injecting liquid perfluorocarbon into vitreous cavity to achieve complete retinal adjacency. Then endovitreous argon-laser retinal coagulation is conducted along retinotomy edge, liquid perfluorocarbon is removed from vitreous cavity followed with tamponade of vitreous cavity by using prolonged absorbable gaseous mixtures or silicone oil. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of therapy.
