SUBSTANCE: instrument for ophthalmosurgery has working head, aspiration system in the form of through aspiration channel made as a pipe passed through the entire length of the instrument, and air drive , the working part of which is provided with piston connected with pressure source. Disposed inside the piston, which is made in the form of sleeve, is rod. Pusher intended to actuate the working head of the instrument is passed longitudinally movably through tight seal available in tapered portion of the rod. Placed inside the piston at the bottom of the sleeve is packing ring, which comes in contact with bearing bushing connected rigidly with the aspiration channel. The air drive has adjustment screw installed in the housing side opposite to the working head.
