FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has executive unit having casing 1 with fixed working jaw 2 and coaxial tie-rod 3 mounted inside casing 1, tie-rod 3 connecting movable working jaw 4 to driving mechanism having rotatable guiding nipple 5 joined to casing 1 and fixed in bushing-type fastening member 6 rigidly attached to handle 7 connected to spring-loaded lever 8 engageable with tie-rod 3 by means of movable end piece 9. Bushing-type fastening member 6 is designed as collet chuck with guiding members 10 engageable with ring-shaped groove 11 on nipple 5. Casing 1 is flexible tube having guiding end groove 12 corresponding to matching guiding end groove 13 on end piece 9 having also neck 14 for slit 15 in lever 8 longitudinally movably mounted in the first groove 16 made in handle 7 and spring-loaded by flat spring 17 positioned to enable locking member 19 on handle 7 to be engageable by means of the second longitudinal slot 18. Movable working jaw 4 is mounted on the flexible tube. Depth of grooves 12 and 13 is equal to half diameter of the flexible tube of casing 1 and end piece 9.
