SUBSTANCE: novelty resides in that it comprises handle which houses integrated instrument control mechanism including mechanism for longitudinal or rotary movement of working head, mechanism for positioning working head, mechanism for adjusting working head travel length, and mechanism for timely removing replaceable blade, thereby providing minimum distance between control lever pushbutton and surgical elements and reducing amplitude of spontaneous vibrations of surgical elements during working cycle of surgical operation. Besides, working head positioned mechanism is formed so ad to rule out any possibility of accidental turn-through due to concentrating friction force at point, at which circular groove of blade touches locking catch flange. Travel length of working head can be adjusted at will. Mechanism for timely removing replaceable blade is made in the form of locking catch. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
