FIELD: rolling mills; weighing of coils in process of treatment - transportation and lifting in coiler-uncoiler lines of rolling mills. SUBSTANCE: device has carriage in form of body with wheelsets and lifting table mechanically coupled with body. Force measuring pickup is secured on table for engagement with table drive cylinder rod. Mechanical coupling of table and body is made in form of four pairs of rollers mounted on shafts installed in body. Shafts of two pairs of rollers arranged at one side of table symmetry plane are made eccentric and are installed to provide controlled turning by means of levers, screws and nuts installed on shafts.
