SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes carriage 2 made in the form of body 1 with paired wheels and having lifting table 3 and drive unit 4 for moving said table; mechanism 5 for detecting table position. Mechanism 5 is in the form of pickup for continuously measuring stroke value of table 3. Said pickup is electrically connected with drive unit 4 of table 3 and kinematically connected with table 3 by means of roller 6 mounted in body 1 with possibility of rotation and engagement with table 3. EFFECT: improved design.
