FIELD: manufacture of reinforced parts including pistons of internal combustion engines by casting with pressure crystallization. SUBSTANCE: complex has bath for calorizing niresist insert, mechanism for lifting, lowering, transporting and installing the niresist insert into die, hydraulic press for molding of part, furnace with liquid metal batcher, mechanism for lubrication and cleaning the tool, including punch and die, and also device for unloading finished parts. Hydraulic press has frame, movable container holder, slider, intermediate cross-piece with puller, pusher and stop. Drive of mechanisms of hydraulic press is effected by hydraulic cylinders. Niresist insert is calorized, installed in die, container holder is lowered to clamp and lock niresist insert, a portion of metal is poured and stamped and side holes are broached.
