FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: ni-resist cast iron interpolation is set in the form in such a manner that it can be fixed with shelves located at its internal side surface. The form is shut down by way of closing of movable platforms, arranging an external surface of an engine piston at the horizontal axis. It is locked with a padlock affixed at the connecter. The liquid metal is then poured inside. The pressing process is initiated with the aid of a puncheon to be used under the reduced pressure conditions. The side chinks in the body and the lower recompacting are to be mold punched. Under the reduced pressure conditions a user can re-launch additionally the metal that has been poured into the form with an additional containment. The additional volume is created by means of lowering the plunger and may be utilised as a reservoir for nourishment of moulding in the process of its lower recompacting.

EFFECT: achievement of increase in the mechanical capacities of an engine piston and the firmness of connection of the NI-resist cast iron interpolation with an aluminium body of the piston component.
