FIELD: methods for production of composite structures. SUBSTANCE: bulky layer of textile formed by two sheets of textile which locate opposite to each other and joined by many extensible threads is impregnated with resin and placed between two plates to obtain layer structure. This layer structure is placed between two stamps of heated press which is closed to let resin impregnate the structure for uniform distribution. Then plates are attached to stamp surfaces by means of vacuum. Then stamps are moved apart for the first regulated distance to restore flexibility of bulky layer of textile. Then structure layers located at maximum distance from center are polymerized with heated stamps. In so doing, resin impregnating threads remains in plastic state. Then lower stamp is released in the plane where it lies and stamps are moved apart through the second distance so as to extend threads of bulky layer of textile and locate them vertically. Floating stamp is secured. Further on stamps are moved apart to a definite distance for full extension of threads and press is left in this position until all resin responsible for setting of structure in the given position becomes polymerized. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 27 cl, 19 dwg
