FIELD: technology of preparation of plaster for internal finish of civil and industrial buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing magnesian lime and fine filler-quarts sand at ratio of 1:4; magnesian lime is first mixed with lime sludge whose highly dispersed mineral component (Ssp=750 to 850 sq.m/kg) contains 30 to 45 percent of calcium and magnesium hydroxides, 10 to 15 percent of aluminum and ferrum hydroxides and calcium (magnesium) carbonates, remainder; admixtures contain surface-active agents at ratio of 1:1.2:0.6. EFFECT: improved quality due to avoidance of nonconformity between strength of plaster, its adhesion with base and working life. 1 tbl
