FIELD: road-building. SUBSTANCE: slime concrete contains oil-slime refinery waste water treatment product, 86.2-87.6%; and mineral binder, slime or cement, 12.4-14.8%. Mineral part of oil- slime is composed of polydisperse particles of calcium and magnesium carbonates, calcium, magnesium, aluminum, and ferric hydroxides, 70-75 wt.% and its organic part contains crude oil and processing products thereof (including lube oil, tar, and asphaltene fractions as well as asphaltogenic acids). Ratio of organic part to water is 1:2. EFFECT: increased water and freeze resistance, deformation capability, and simplified process and reduced cost of slime concrete pavement. 2 tbl
