FIELD: processing of mineral fuel. SUBSTANCE: removement of sulfur and salts of mineral fuel is carried out by three-stepped process. At the first step mineral fuel is brought into contact with (i) sufficient amount of aqueous solution being enable to extract material of mineral fuel as impurities as soluble salts, and with (ii) effective amount of catalyst being enable to extract material of mineral fuel as sulfur-comprising organic molecules. At the second step thus prepared mixture is affected by incubation. Due to said incubation (i) solid fuel is sufficiently free against water soluble salts; and (ii) catalytic agent selectively catalyses sulfur-carbon bond in sulfur-comprising organic molecules to prepare sufficient amount of water soluble inorganic molecules of sulfur. Both these reactions are carried out without stripping of mineral fuel by combustible organic molecules. At the third step separation of aqueous component against component comprising mineral fuel is carried out. Thus mineral fuel is sufficiently stripped by sulfur and salt impurities and aqueous component is sufficiently enriched by inorganic salts and by inorganic molecules of sulfur.
