FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method of biocatalytic anaerobic transformation of extracts from oil and oil fractions containing chemically oxidized sulphur compounds includes: 1) supply to the methane-generating anaerobic reactor of an aqueous medium with a pH of 7.8-8.5, prepared on the basis of an ethanol extract containing organic oxidized forms of sulphur in a concentration of up to 360 mcM from crude oil or various oil fractions: vacuum gas oil, petroleum gas condensate, straight-run gasoline fraction, straight-run diesel fraction, and COD at a concentration of 6.7-11.9 g/L; 2) loading into the reactor of a biocatalyst consisting of a mixture of cryogel granules of polyvinyl alcohol, PVA, containing cells of various microorganisms immobilized by the inclusion method, at the following ratio: 75-80 wt.% of granules containing cells of active anaerobic methanogenic sludge, 10-15 wt.% of granules containing Desulfovibrio desulfuricans cells and 5-10 wt.% of granules containing Rodococcus opacus cells; 3) methanogenesis is carried out, accompanied by the complete transformation of organic sulphur compounds into soluble inorganic sulphide with a sulphur conversion rate of 16-26 mcM/day.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the rate of transformation of oxidized sulphur compounds and increase the yield of inorganic sulphide.
