FIELD: veterinary biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing the strain of hybrid cultured murine cells producing monoclonal antibodies raised to pig IgG. Strain is obtained by fusion of murine splenocytes of the strain Balb/c immunized with pig IgM with myeloma P3-X63-Ag8-653 cells. Antibodies relate to isotype Ig-G2b, they retain activity for a long time and show high specificity with respect to the definite pig epitope IgM. Invention can be used for development of diagnostic reagents for detection of pig IgM in biological fluids. EFFECT: strain indicated above, enhanced effectiveness of detection. 1 tbl
