FIELD: veterinary biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: strain is obtained by hybridization of myeloma line P3-X63-Ag8-653 with cells of peripheral murine lymphatic nodes, strain BALB/c immunized with the preparation for detection of CAV-1 in biological fluids. Sensitivity of method is 30 ng/ml. Invention is used for development of reagents for diagnosis of adenoviral infections in dogs. EFFECT: hybrid strain indicated above.
