FIELD: veterinary science, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the strain of hybrid cultured cells that produces monoclonal antibodies to the strain T-75. Monoclonal antibodies are referred to isotype IgG and show high reactivity in immunoenzyme analysis and neutralization reaction with homologous virus. Antibodies are detected in ascitic fluid in immunoenzyme analysis for 6-10 passages in mice (observation period) at dilution 10-310-5.. Monoclonal antibodies can be used in veterinary practice for diagnosis and prophylaxis of diseases in agriculture animals. Obtained strain shows high productivity of monoclonal antibodies to the strain T-75. EFFECT: strain indicated above, increased production of antibodies. 1 tbl
