Mounted on opposite long sides of flat-cars at distance from each other are supporting posts 10 which carry horizontal rail beams 6 which can be turned around vertical axes of vertical posts by means of independent drive units from working position when they are located perpendicularly relative to longitudinal axis of flat car, to idle position in which beams are located along flat-car.
