FIELD: satellites observations. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of screened plane P by means of two perpendicular to coordinate X and Y, recording image by means of camera which has transfer modulation function Hu(f) with cutting frequency fcu in direction U (U = x, y) of plane P. F is three-dimensional frequency. First stage of method involves recording image with sampling frequency fcu in direction U is equal to Kfcu, where k is integer which is greater than 1. Second stage of method involves processing of recorded image by means of application of development operation in frequency region for each direction U. This is achieved by multiplication of inverse value of transfer modulation function Hu(f) by tuned clipping function 1 and (f). Corresponding camera 100 has matrix 120 of elementary detectors 121 which are designed as charge-coupled devices located in focus of lens 110. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 6 cl, 6 dwg
