FIELD: surgical urology. SUBSTANCE: task of invention is to develop multifunctional urological device for incision of renal cysts when carrying out retroperitoneoscopy that would permit performing surgical manipulations in a narrow and deep wound for short period of time and would considerably reduce risk of probable infection of wound by cyst contents. The essence of invention consists in additionally providing the device with longitudinally moveable branch with tooth grip on its distal end, upper part of grip being apt to be split because of its being connected to grip with a rod installed in ear and rigidly fastened to immobile branch. Distal end of the branch is pointed by means of slope, and the branch is combined with aspiration tube. Lower handle of device is kinematically connected through axial connector with lower immobile branch and upper mobile branch. Length of tooth part of lower branch is equal to 1/8 its entire length.
