FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: fasciotom has handle and operating part formed by hoist and dull borer coupled to each other by cutting tool, blade of which is sharpened at angle of 45 deg. to longitudinal axis. On external side adjacent to muscle, hoist is made convex-rounded for continuous following the muscle relief with its raised end when fascia is separated from muscles with its subsequent threading on hoist turning continuously into sharpened spear. Dull borer convex-rounded on external side adjacent to subcutaneous fat serves to raise skin in moving forward. EFFECT: reduced traumaticity of soft tissues, enlarged functional capabilities. 4 cl, 3 dwg
