SUBSTANCE: method of restoring performance characteristics of ultrafilters for separation, concentration, and purification of waste waters and process liquid mixtures via ultrafiltration procedure includes rinsing with water, washing with detergent water solution, and wiping before and after washing. The latter procedure is performed with the aid of rotating and reciprocating motions of wiping device made in the form, for example, of rigid frame one of the ends of which bears one or several fastened spongy elastic balls, whereas, as detergent, a mixture is used composed of polyoxyethylene ether of isooctylphenol, citric, acetic, formic, hydrochloric or nitric acid or N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylacetamide or dimethylformamide.
