FIELD: liquid fuel preparation systems; burning fuel in heat-generating plants. SUBSTANCE: device is used for unidirectional flow of media being mixed. Taper angle of inner surface of confuser and area of circular clearance between this surface and outer surface of steam nozzle are so selected that they smoothly decrease in way of flow. Diameters dconf and dnoz of confuser and steam nozzle are related at (dconf-dnoz) ≅ 0,20•d0,75noz

in section of outlet edge of nozzle. Part of mixing chamber between cylindrical section and confuser is made in the form of coaxial shoulder not exceeding 0,25dnoz. Part of mixing chamber between cylindrical section and diffuser is made with opening in way of flow not exceeding 0.07. Length of cylindrical portion is equal to 0.2-0.4 of length of mixing chamber. Device is provided with cooling medium supply system made in the form of at least three radially extended passages evenly located over circumference. Outlet holes of these passages are located in plane perpendicular to axis of device at a distance to 0.5-0.8 of distance between mixing chamber and outlet edge of steam nozzle. Outlet holes project from inner surface of confuser towards axis of device; diameter of projecting part is equal to 0.6-0.9 dnoz.. Taper angle of confuser in section of outlet edge of nozzle ranges from 7 to 15 deg and from 3 to 10 deg in minimum section. Outlet edge of nozzle is pointed at an angle not exceeding 10 deg. Device is detachable at point of attachment of confuser to housing for longitudinal shift of flow section of housing relative to outlet edge of nozzle. Steam supply pipe is rigidly secured in outlet end section of housing. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
