FIELD: automotive industry; tools for straightening out and truing of damaged bodies and cabs of automobiles. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, mandrel installed on housing and unit to press surface to be straightened to working surface of mandrel. As compared with prototype, novelty is that housing is made in form of cylinder, unit for pressing the surface to be straighted out is made in form of electromagnet arranged in housing, and mandrel is installed in electromagnet core and is held in the core owing to residual magnetism. EFFECT: increased capacity when carrying out straightening and truing operations. 2 dwg
