FIELD: building industry, namely high quality processing of non-set concrete surfaces of ferroconcrete products molded of rough concrete mixtures with front surface satisfying to demands of desired roughness degree. SUBSTANCE: high quality surface of product is achieved in the result of simultaneous rotation and reciprocation of working organ in vertical plane by means of oscillating mechanism driven by motor. Motor includes vertical driving shaft supporting gear wheel with helical protrusion on its end. Gear wheel with helical protrusion imparts rotation to gear wheel mounted on additional shaft. The last transmits rotation to gear wheel with cam forced to helical protrusion by means of spring mounted on shaft carrying smoothing disc fixed onto it.
